The Only Proven Way To Stop A Panic Attack ASAP

July 30th, 2010

As everyone knows, stress and anxiety aren’t healthy habits. But we all cannot help but succumb to them every once in a while. Some people will have to even take medicine so that they can deal with the emotional weight that anxiety lays upon your shoulders. Anxiety is no joke and it can be the hardest thing to deal with, because it stifles your life and keeps you sheltered from living. And then you will have the doctors that just try to give a prescription for anti-anxiety meds, and that doesn’t solve a thing.

When your doctor tries to give you medicine to help you with your anxiety, all they are doing is help keep the symptoms as low as possible. So instead of helping you out, they are actually just suppressing the reason you have anxiety in the first place. If you have a house that is in need of repairs, you are not going to just throw some fresh paint on it and hope it looks nice do you? No, you will fix the house first then paint it. The same mentality applies for anxiety and stress, because if you don’t fix the root of all your problems, then you aren’t going to ever rid your mind of your problems. The only way that you are going to get rid of your anxiety is to cure it from the root up.

Oh and that isn’t even mentioning that taking those medicines are going to affect you so much and possible make you uber dull. I sure don’t want to be a zombie by medication! So here’s what you can really do to fix it, find a program that fixes the root problems instead of masking it. Something that is going to teach you to get rid of you anxiety permanently. One program that you should really look into is Panic Away by Joe Barry. You’ll find the Panic Away Review on ReviewMOZ?, along with a few other product reviews of anxiety self help books including the Panic Puzzle Review and the Linden Method Review. Best of luck and I hope that you guys get a chance to get your anxiety under control!

Free Soccer Training Drills: How To Switch The Ball

July 30th, 2010

Free soccer training drills

Here are some helpful suggestions, take it or leave it. During free soccer training drills, the best strategy is to keep the ball rolling within your own players, watching a loop hole in the defense of the opposite team in order to attack. These skills can easily be imparted to the new players, if, during the soccer coaching drills, the coaches would follow the tips we are going to mention in the following sections.

A match-winning line of attack: Get your team to keep the game flowing and divide defenses by swaying the ball from one side to the other to make space and outnumber the defense. To relief the players from stress, ask them to keep the ball switching.

The Fast switch or the Blind Pass: Teach one or two mid-fielders to throw the blind pass by moving the ball using right foot, and hitting it to the left.Rapid Switching or the Blind Pass: Develop a skill in one or two mid-fielders to move the ball with right foot while kicking it to the left, showing almost a blind pass. Left-footed mid-fielder, can perform the trick by moving the ball using the left foot and throwing it back to the right side using left foot.

Your team will have an excellent chance to achieve the goal, since the opposite defender won’t be expecting the pass.

Soccer Drills

All the players should always be ready for this type of pass so ask your team to regularly perform the technique. Though this one is difficult of all the soccer drills, however, all players would certainly participate thoroughly in the drill during the soccer practice.

You need to setup six small goals on either side of the ground in order to carry on the drill. The team scores where the player runs through the goals which are placed in the middle, while playing from the back. Passing through the last goals will yield two points and will encourage switching.

Throughout free soccer training drills, the goals should be made adequately wide to teach that there is not much use only to put a player between them to avoid a run or pass. Select one player to run from goal A to B. When the players are between the goals, attackers won’t be able to attack and goal.

Young defenders have tendency to move away from their designated positions. They normally gather around the ball. Therefore teach your mid-fielders to be aware of those areas and make a move, if they can transfer the play from one side to the other and make use of the defenders unawares.

In the subsequent football drills session, spend some time demonstrating to players how to cover the total width of the pitch. Practicing this skills multiple  time will yield a good understanding of the threat area.

You have quite a lot of knowledge now, don’t forget to add these drills to your free soccer training drills, so your players are always ready and the opposition mid-fielders find it difficult to catch your defenders out. Free soccer training drills

There are some free soccer training drills using which you can master the art of passing and shooting as well as controlling the ball. This article talks in detail about two of the best known soccer drills, Shoulder To Shoulder and Shark in the Middle.

Shoulder To Shoulder drill works both for offensive and defensive players. The main purpose of this exercise is to teach offensive player to practice fast shooting under pressure and let the defensive players practice clearing the ball.

This drill utilizes 3 players in each drill group. The distance the works out between A and B is 10-15 yards.

B and the defensive player stand in a line shoulder to shoulder. B and the defensive player, standing next to each other, face away from the goal on the left side of the field. When the coach whistles, A throws the ball at the back of 2 players. B and the defensive player attempt to take control of the ball. B tries to take a shot on the goal while the defensive player’s aim is to turn with the ball and dribble it above the center line.

Soccer Drills

By practicing coaching drills like Shoulder to Shoulder, players learn to win the ball despite being under immense pressure from an opposing player.

Shark in the Middle is a fun game that can be played at any time during a practice and its duration can be adjusted as per the need. This is one of several free soccer training drills that aims to make the players more attentive and in control in high-pressure games.

Players make a large circle in the field. A player is chosen to be the Shark and stands in the center of the circle. There is only a single ball and it is given to the person who stands inside the circle.

When you blow the whistle, the player who has the ball passes it to the player just along the circle. Then the second player passes it to another he wishes and it goes on like this.

Then you’ll blow the whistle for the second time and it signals the beginning of the game. The aim of the game is that the shark should not be allowed to touch the ball. The player may select to pass the ball to anyone along the circle, be it a teammate right next to him or a teammate far away. The players attempt to make as many passes as they can.

This practice continues till the time the shark possesses the ball.

When the ball is possessed, the player that caused the ball to be intercepted goes on to become the new shark and the first shark goes along the circle.

Shark in the Middle is one of those football drills that call for quick thinking and the understanding of how sharks think.

To conclude, these free soccer training drills help players to build self-confidence to handle the ball while under pressure from an imminent attack. Tips On Conducting Tryouts Soccer

July 30th, 2010

Tryouts soccer

Choosing players to take part in the tryouts soccer depends on the purpose of your team. A coach working with kids should concentrate in developing the competitiveness of the kid. Players with athleticism and love for the game should be helped to shine.

But you may have the right player who’s new to the team but has an innate ability to learn fast. If that’s the case, take time to prepare the player for the tryouts.

What you find below are only a few points that help coaches to prepare players for the upcoming tryouts and soccer tournament.

Prior to Tryouts: It is essential that players are in shape, so make them run 3 days a week prior to tryouts. This will help build stamina. They’ll be in good shape if they can run 2-3 miles by the end.

Soccer Training

Steadiness and agility are also to be considered. Also, they have to consider running, stopping, and changing the direction. Have the players practice these by doing short sprints. For example: count out 40 yards and 100 yards on a flat surface and place a marker. The sprints should be at least a few times.

The round targets drawn with the chalk on the wall can be hit by the players while practicing shooting. The target should be about two feet from the ground and approximately a foot or so diagonally. Ask the players to hit the target from a 10 feet distance.

When they are able to do that, vary the distance and ask them to continue.

Get to the place with your players early to get plenty of time for warm-ups.

If kids are not required to wear specific clothing, make them wear something distinctive. To point to someone wearing blue socks and give an opinion is easier than pointing to a group of girls wearing red T-shirts and white shorts.

Tryouts soccer, many of them, starts with small games like 2v4 or 4v4 to goals, and work up to 8v8 to goals with goalkeepers.
Many decisions are made in the small-sided phase. Players are rated as a) definitely b) may be c) certainly not in many cases. The ‘may be’ players get the most playing time in the 8v8 stage, so as to arrive at a decision. And that’s why you should encourage players to play with energy and take control of the game.

If you communicate well in the games, it makes your players to observe you and to stand out in a positive way. By giving instructions and helping other players with vocal and visual signals, any player can become a leader. Some players appear to be out of the game mentally by being silent.

Players should greet their coaches on all possible occasions. Soccer association is very particular about etiquettes in players.

It is that player who asks questions, knows what is happening at the tryouts soccer and other follow-up tryouts. This is not an exhaustive list. Our youth soccer coaching community has got newsletters, articles, and videos to make you a better coach.

Soccer Coaching: How To Be A Better Coach

July 30th, 2010

Soccer coaching

Have you ever guessed how the deficiency of soccer coaching and playing experience relate to the proficiency and confidence of a coach? Following are some aspects that are required in a coach or may also be considered the qualities of a coach.

Personality: Experience is a good thing but nothing works more than the personality. A coach’s overall personality determines his or her coaching success, whether the end-result is a fun game without any physical and mental pressures or the creation of a consistently strong team.

Knowledge of the game: A soccer coach must always, be ready to adapt to new tips and strategies. Learning game’s rules, strategies, and tactics is fundamental to winning the respect of the players.

Enthusiasm and interest: When in a soccer training program, assume the role of a salesperson. Once interest in the session is developed, motivating players becomes fairly easy. It’s also vital to be open to a player’s needs with respect to team goals, no matter what their age. If you are open to questions, the kids will enjoy the game a lot.

Soccer Coaching

Persistence and Patience: It is risky to not pay attention to the inability of the player to execute soccer drills. A player’s desire to learn lessens when he or she can’t perform. Setting unrealistic goals can frustrate young players. As such, be patient and persevere as the players try to stay inspired moving from one session to another.

Ability to manage priorities: Develop a step-by-step technique of learning using which the players can learn and move forward. At the time of soccer coaching, the players should have adequate time to practice what they have learnt in the sessions. Only once each player has learned the skill necessary, move to the next skill.

Single-mindedness: A coach must be specifically interested in the skills and social and moral behaviour of each player. If you are sensitive to their needs and are honest, you will win them over. To become a great player, strength of character in victory as well as in defeat lays foundation for a player’s success.

Understand the learning process: A concise understanding of the process of learning results in overall team development. Inspire the players to go all out in doing exercises that make a difference to their thinking and acting.

Inspire the players to learn soccer skills through participation, demonstration, and guidance. The learning process comes to a conclusion only when kids apply what they have learnt and has been shown to them. Learning is a sum of both experience and teaching.

Imagination: Create situations that challenge the player’s imaginations, bring them pleasure in performing tasks, and serve important game drills. Encourage the players to make situations more interesting and worthwhile.

For your own sake, take these soccer coaching attributes and you will find yourself rated as a first class coach. If you would like to enhance your knowledge on soccer coaching for kids, subscribe to our youth soccer coaching community that has a huge amount of information in form of articles, newsletters and videos.

Want To Know More About Tryouts Soccer

July 30th, 2010

Tryouts soccer

I have a question Although I am not in shape and haven’t played soccer for a long time what if I still want to participate in the tryouts soccer don’t ponder about it. you will be ready to participate if you follow these steps

The coach chooses only the strongest players to make up the team, being a coach you will be aware of this. Sometimes, the coaches are only looking for a few new players who can fit in the existing lot.

Apart from fitness a lot other factors are at play during soccer tryouts.

once you are aware of the coach needs you can focus on exhibiting your kids skill and personality that will help the coach choose your kid.

Soccer Training

A player has to exhibit the following things which the coaches and soccer association will be looking for

Skill: how well the player performs the skill that is necessary to play soccer this will be critically evaluated by the coach. If players can’t perform these skills consistently during soccer tryouts, it’s unlikely that they’ll be able to perform during a game. For example; tapping, dribbling passing and controlling the ball. You must also look at their soccer knowledge and instincts.

Conditioning: Not so excellently talented player with outstanding conditioning will attract the coach’s eye. any player who loses breath after 15 minutes into soccer tryout will get similar treatment. Both the team and the player is let down, if your players can’t withstand the soccer tryouts.

It will be a puzzle for the coach as to why the player is not in shape. Not in shape at soccer is a reflection of your thinking, it can be either you don’t care, or are lazy, or you are highly un disciplined thinking that being out of shape wouldn’t matter.

Attitude: The mental approach of the player should be to learn things always and he should posses the ability to learn also. Does the player put forward their best foot in performing all the task every time?

Does the player have the open mind to accept his fallacies and improve on his skills Are they willing to forgo comfort? Do they have the attitude to learn new skills, techniques and strategy ensure there are not complaints when the players learn their new positions.

after the soccer tryouts concentrate on what happens next. Most of the time the soccer tryouts are running to many days Sometimes the coach will tell you right there if your player made it to the team. at other times you might be informed about their decision either through a call or letter to your home. Do not ask him if they have succeeded or not.

In conclusion, make sure you gather up everything you brought to the field. Say good bye to the coach and thank him for his time and feedback in preparing you for the soccer tournament.
