There are times when someone is searching for a natural anxiety relief or anxiety cure when that might not be the most important action for them to do. In fact there are some cultures and religious groups who believe that fun and enjoyment of life is actually not what God or society is calling them to, that life is one of struggle and that the best one can hope for or expect is ongoing drudgery in the same social setting.
Adding fun to one’s hierarchy of life doesn’t mean one has to be irresponsible, nor that one’s security need be threatened. It is just likely to make one’s responsibility and security more comfortable and enjoyable. In adding other values to one’s list of things important in life one can find a natural anxiety relief. It is just nice to know that life can be enjoyed and that one can thrive in it, despite all the possibilities for disaster. The focus comes to be on the good fun things in life and fun ways of providing security for yourself and family. Such a change in values is one of the natural remedies for anxiety.
